Njoud’s legal background spans regional and international settings. Her work with the Appeals Board at UNESCO in Paris provided her with valuable insight into advising clients in diverse, multi-cultural environments.
She has extensive expertise in intellectual property law both locally and internationally. She advises clients on safeguarding their intellectual assets in cross-border and complex regulatory landscapes.
Mozon Nazer
With over a decade of legal and business advisory experience, Mozon is a licensed lawyer who has served at Hammad and AlMehdar Law Firm and the international alliance Siemens & Siemens.
She led the legal department at a major family-owned FMCG joint stock company further refining her strategic approach to legal counsel navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Mozon specializes in negotiation and mediation and is regarded as a go-to advisor for resolving labor disputes.
Nada Bashammakh
With more than 10 years of corporate legal experience, Nada has advised on the formation, restructuring and dissolution of companies in Saudi Arabia, with a focous on forign investment.
Her dual perspective — developed through her roles as an in-house Legal Counsel for a holding company and as an Associate at AlSindi Law Firm — gives her a holistic view of corporate operations and client business strategies.
